As part of a drive to motivate the sales executives to reach their target, a small internal campaign was launched to keep a sense of fun and community within the dealership throughout the year.

What started off just as a motivational video, produced by us, soon exploded as the dealerships took to the challenge and got involved by sending photographs of themselves having fun at work…

The theme of Gooi Kole, was a fantastic driver to achieve this objective. The themed promotional items where staggered throughout the year, to keep the campaign top of mind.

the result

Toyota remain in the number 1 position for the Customer Satisfaction Index and have been voted number 1 for Customer experience for 40 years in a row.
